new robot “done” 3/22. actually done 3/25. or later.
well this turned out to be more-or-less true. And I believe in the second half of the prediction (the “or later” part)
from tests it is less promising than expected.
41 is not decided on which robot yet. it is not obvious yet.
AG and I agree to do full matches on tues and wed after dinner. if it is obvious, which i hope it is, then well, it will be.
Otherwise, we’ll see. deadline for making decision is wed night, but actually. no dragging this one, this time.
without further ado, my robot:
wide intake is done. it took us like 3 days to splice axles together to do it. and then the new robot needed axles and KC uses full force to figure it out :dead:. why can’t i get axles when i need it ???
we cracked an intake plate (very much) but it’s replaced now.
hopper walls are on bumper. should be done EOD today (i.e. now, but IDK if it’s actually done).
swerves are alive again. they forgot to loctite the magnets :skull:. and then there were like 2 days of mechanical issues.
I fried a pi, the PCB is entirely bent. Oh well RIP.
but anyway at EOD my robot is expected to be done. full teleop capability tomorrow. hopefully. Autos tuesday. and IDK about wednesday we’ll figure it out, it should be driver practice but we all know how that goes.
we’ll see how it goes, I guess.
